100 WC Week #4

Dentists

Awful and horrible are the words I would say to describe the day I went to the dentsit.

It was a completly normal Sunday until my mother casually brings up that I had a 9:00am appointment. I was flabbergasted at just the thought of voluntarily sitting so someone can poke at your gums. Although I knew there was no getting out of this nonsense, I went to sleep with hopes of waking up in a world with no dentists.
I awake to a world with desntist and my mother taking me there. My day was extremly umplesant but later that day wasn't so bad.

100WC Week #3

Spelling Tutor

"Okay, lets try this one more time, spell out red mountain." I tell Timmy.
"It's too hard, why can't I spell umbrella, floated or sweet?"
"Because, you learned those last week." I tell him with an encouraging voice. Passing over a piece of lined paper I say,
"Use the words to make a interesting line that you would start your story with."
Time ticks by and Timmy's paper remains blank.
"Timmy, why haven't you written anything?" I ask with a puzzling face.
"Because I don't know how to spell mountain." I smile and say
"Thats why I'm here, so I can help."

100 WC Week # 2

New Yorkers

Weaving through busy, yellow taxi's in NYC, I notice a bunch of people waiting outside of Macy's. Noticing a big neon sign, I read, " Whole store seventy five percent off, only until 10am!"
I walk over, and as I join the queue, a woman came to the door to open it and everyone started stampeding forward.

Once everyone had gone inside, the employee had come over and laughed, "New Yorkers!"
Both smiling we walked into the insanely crazy store. Grasping the handle of the basket I manage to find everything I need and head back out to the busy streets.

100 WC week 1

Glide

Boiling hot sun beating down on me, harder and harder to walk. Josie pulls me forward pointing to a brown figure in the distance, closer and closer.
“We’re almost there.” Josie says panting.
Fifteen feet away and I can’t move. Josie tries to pull me out but I am sinking.
“Its quick sand!” I panick.
Josie pulls and tugs and manages to pull me out. Walking to figure I notice it’s a plane. I hop in and run the engine, Josie hops in and I glide us out of the sand.

“That concludes our story of Glide. I hope you all enjoyed this tale.”
